I highly recommend this place to all celiacs and lactose-free individuals. We stopped here on the way to Lisbon from Cascais Ironman. The service was fantastic. Pancakes so good. Genius egg/yogurt muesli. And the owner is very proud of his GF creations.

We came for breakfast, all 10 of us. Excellent service and spectacular food. The pancakes are like something out of a movie. The place is very nice and has a beautiful outdoor garden. Everything is gluten-free and there are many lactose-free options. We will definitely repeat this!

Gluten-free paradise here! Every time I go to the Cascais area, I go to Batarda. Everything is gluten-free, so you feel like a normal person and don't have to worry about almost anything, other than not ordering everything 😅. I had the hamburger with fries and forgot to take photos of the delicious desserts I brought home.

Pleasant locale, friendly staff. The brunch for two is not only beautiful to look at, but also incredibly delicious and caters to gluten-free or intolerant companions. There is a care in the preparation of the dishes that requires love in what is done. All the desserts are envious of traditional ones. The bread is wonderful. They have frozen options to take home (savory, pizzas). There are lunch dishes like bacalao with cream or lasagna that are to die for. Recently, they are open for dinner at 6 on Saturdays. It's a must! Highly recommend. Indicative values, a brunch for two costs €30, a loaf to take home about €6, a slice of cheesecake €6, a coffee €1.
