the piadina is delicious, not being a certified establishment they obviously cannot guarantee non-contamination, but let's be honest... how many really ensure absolute non-contamination? the risk exists even when eating a simple ice cream. At least here they have an open kitchen where you can observe the process and I must say they pay attention!!
