Places in the center of Es Pujols with (almost) the entire gluten-free menu. The dishes are good and the staff's preparation is excellent.

In the pedestrian area of Ed Pujols: the menu is practically all gluten-free (they have a sign saying "95% of the menu is gluten-free"). They are very attentive to contamination and all tapas can be enjoyed in a gluten-free version. During my two weeks in Formentera, I went three times and tasted several dishes along with my wife. Both the fried fish tapas and the octopus tapas were delicious. The paella was good and abundant. One evening, I also tried the gluten-free pasta (cooked in a separate pot) with fish sauce... definitely worth trying!!!

They have the entire menu gluten free. A rare thing nowadays. Excellent service, more than excellent food, friendly, helpful, and nice staff.
