We entered the store around 11:30 on Tuesday, and unfortunately, we found the counter completely empty with nothing displayed. We were asked what we wanted, but we left due to embarrassment. We had gone there to get inspired by what was available... what a pity. Moreover, most celiacs are also lactose intolerant, so it wouldn't be bad to prepare some dedicated Culargionis. The staff is kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. The ladies who produce the fresh goods are visible through the window, and their speed, preparation, and coordination deserve praise. The place is clean and well-kept. There is a small parking area outside. The sign is not very visible as it is hidden by a tree, but the Maps directions are accurate: the business is located on the ground floor of a large house, exiting from Tortolì towards Girasoli, on the left.
