Already from the exploratory phone call, it was clear that the guys at The Bar are prepared to handle celiac disease. In a small but well-kept venue, they served us a hamburger with certified NutriFree bread, ingredients carefully processed to avoid contamination, in a metal skillet probably dedicated to celiac customers. The only area for improvement: the Heinz sauces they offer are not certified gluten-free and should be replaced with another brand.

It is an exceptional venue located in Belmonte Marina. I don’t believe, in fact I am sure, that it is the best pub among all the nearby towns. We received the sandwiches in really short time, all delicious, prepared with extreme care and high-quality materials. Moreover, I was able to enjoy an excellent gluten-free sandwich, which I can truly say I have never tasted before. And I add that I was able to accompany the sandwich with a very good gluten-free beer. Finally, I can say that everything served in this pub is carefully chosen by the owner, a quality that is now rare. I highly recommend it.
