Classic British-style pub, 100% declared gluten-free kitchen (burgers are served with polenta instead of bread, absolutely a must-try). Congratulations to the chef for the quality of the dishes. Gluten-free beers available both on tap and in bottles (no Peroni/Moretti/Daura, of course!). Great selection of spirits.

Small, very comfortable place! Very friendly staff! They serve exclusively gluten-free dishes! The dishes are really delicious! Definitely worth trying! It will certainly be our regular stop.

On the main road to Val Formazza, in the San Rocco district of Premia, there is this special pub. This venue has chosen to cook everything completely gluten-free, so all their food is gluten-free, some are also vegetarian. For those with celiac disease, it's a kind of oasis of happiness; they can take anything, I believe only the beers contain gluten (in addition to gluten-free options). Some combinations of dishes are unique; there's always a soup, a risotto, and homemade gluten-free gnocchi. The atmosphere is quite rustic, and the outdoor bathroom in summer doesn't help. I recommend booking in advance, even the day before during high season periods, because they are often full for lunch until generally 3 PM.

A small, intimate place with a "mountain house" atmosphere. You are greeted with great kindness by the chef (owner?). The menu is very particular and also caters to celiacs, lactose intolerant, and vegetarians. There is also a choice of meat. Personally, I enjoyed two excellent dishes. I also appreciated the unique choice of dishes: some made of porcelain, others of ceramic, with "antique" pieces, so they were not coordinated pieces, but they worked well together with that retro touch, in good taste... Well done, Chef!!!!

How beautiful are the places where you feel at home! A very welcoming pub with truly kind service, casual and attentive to food intolerances, and original and delicious cuisine! I already knew the place and I brought with me a very "heterogeneous" group and everyone was enthusiastic. Congratulations and see you soon!!

We had a delicious lunch. Local products are available. The staff is very kind and attentive to allergies and intolerances. We will gladly return.
