Absolute yet accessible luxury where everything is designed to delight the soul and senses, to take perfect care without flaws. An experience to be had at least once in a lifetime. The majestic beauty of the surroundings is indescribable, the embrace of the suites (they gifted us a room upgrade, a wonderful surprise), the variety of pools, saunas, jacuzzis (so beautiful, efficient, and numerous that you can get lost), the richness of the buffets of salads, cheeses, cold cuts, desserts, and especially the Tyrolean evening with a dizzying triumph of appetizers. The gluten-free cuisine is limitless. The staff not only fulfills desires but goes beyond, anticipating them. The professionalism of those who work there is unmatched: Cristine, Dritan, Giulia, David, Pietro, Eleonora, Ivan, the guy with the upturned moustache, and the smaller one with Eastern features, the new guy at the bar, just to name a few, but they are all truly excellent and friendly, never oppressive, always present but in a discreet, light, perfect manner. The electric bike service included in the price as well as the lifts. The value for money is unbeatable; no establishment in Italy (and perhaps even beyond) offers so much at this price.
