The SUGO venue has recently expanded its menu to include gluten-free pinsa and pasta, meeting customers' dietary needs. A small suggestion for further improvement would be to add lactose-free mozzarella. Overall, a positive and recommended experience.

I came back after a few months to the nice surprise of a new menu, enriched with pinsa and especially gluten-free options. Perhaps the optimal would be to have the option of lactose-free mozzarella as well, and then we would reach 5 stars, because everything else is just right.
