Very kind staff, their pastries are indistinguishable from those with gluten, their croissants are the best in the whole province. The savory options are also truly excellent and healthy. They have a vast selection of teas and herbal teas that are not in powder form, ensuring top quality. All gluten-free!!! A place where you can eat everything and feel safe for a celiac does not exist in the area. I finally felt normal.

Calling it a literary café is reductive: it’s a café, bar, restaurant, but above all, a fantastic place to retreat to immerse yourself in an extraordinary world, filled with good things and special people. And considering that everything is gluten-free, from sweet to savory... it’s a true paradise! Furthermore, the products are delicious, with an excellent quality/price ratio.

Yesterday morning, through a friend of mine, I went to Sinestesia to have breakfast. Being celiac, I have a little difficulty finding pastries made professionally... Well, I can tell you that I finally found a croissant identical to the classic, perhaps even better, well-leavened with a unique flavor. The staff was very kind, thank you from the bottom of my heart for satisfying our palates 🤩🙏
