Absolutely a must-try! All pizzas are gluten-free and are available every day (the gluten-free dough costs an extra €3). The dough is fantastic, the best pizza I've ever had (I've been on Gambero Rosso for 3 years). They have a separate oven, so I believe there is zero risk of contamination. The pizza was served in no time, just one thing: it's better to book in advance because they can find you a table, but you'll need to hurry to eat to free up the table. I don't think the appetizers, main courses, and desserts are gluten-free.

Delicious food both with gluten and gluten-free. I specify that currently they only make pizza (unfortunately not by the meter but the classic round one) and fried potatoes without gluten. But I assure you it's worth it. A fixed stop, one of the best places in the area. Not certified but very attentive to contamination.

Unfortunately, despite there being few people since we went very early, my gluten-free pizza arrived quite raw. However, my friend's pizza with regular crust was perfect. The dessert was very good and well presented. Everything else was fine. The waiters were nice and friendly.
