A characteristic spot just a stone's throw from Plaza Mayor, the environment is small but very welcoming. Don't be misled by the confusion you might find at the entrance; it justifies the quality of the products, including gluten-free options. The very accommodating owner also prepares excellent vermouths, perhaps the best in the city.

A truly typical tavern just outside the chaotic center and very special. They have a specific Tapas menu for celiacs and great attention. All the tapas are really delicious even gluten-free and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Very rustic but clean environment, affordable prices. We will return.

#singluten #senzaglutine #glutenfree. Now, before booking a plane ticket, I note any places where I can feed my daughter (celiac). La Concha was on my list, and today, while taking a stroll through the La Latina food district, we stopped to try their gluten-free tapas. Very good; my daughter only liked those with bresaola, while we adults indulged in other offerings. It consists of a slice of gluten-free bread (I believe Schar) cut in two (5.50 euros per slice) dressed like a bruschetta. By all means, very good! The only thing we didn't appreciate was the use of seed oil instead of olive oil. We believe it was seed oil or something similar. The place is nice, simple, with a few tables downstairs to eat, and the staff do their job with few words but good service. That's it. We appreciate the sensitivity towards celiac disease.

I had dinner in this really typical place, in the lower part by reserving a table for 3 by calling beforehand. The menu is also TOTALLY gluten-free, with lots of bruschetta, meatballs, and other delicious typical and original tapas! Don't forget to have their vermouth (😍😍) The waiter was very sweet and attentive despite the heavy workload.

Fabulous!!! Entire gluten-free menu, 29 different tapas... We went back for two consecutive days, and we tasted about 12 tapas, each one better than the last!
