They have gluten-free pasta available, both for first courses and for brodetto. The menu is almost entirely available in a gluten-free version, but there were several mistakes in the service. To avoid confusion between gluten and gluten-free, the dishes for celiacs should have distinguishing marks. The waiting times were long, and that evening they had also run out of gluten-free bread... Did I just catch a bad day?
