High quality and expertise in both meats and cold cuts as well as ready-made dishes, everything is delicious! For instance, the Brevis is excellent, and the menu (both weekly and weekend) is rich in traditional dishes (tripe, cassoeula, braised meat, and many others) prepared as tradition dictates, extremely tasty and genuine. Plus, the gluten-free option is a bonus. Moreover, their friendliness and kindness are certainly equally important. My trusted butcher shop!
