We ate several times during our trip to Norway from two different Baker Hansen stores. The main reason for the first visit was to read reviews about their gluten-free products and I was not disappointed. The gluten-free buns were delicious and there was a wide range of choices to fill them. They make them fresh in the store (I saw them being made). The gluten-free pastries I tried were all fantastic, I wish I could bring them back home. Be sure to ask the staff if you don’t see the gluten-free options, it’s kept separate and they will happily assist you. Not everything is always available, but try what they have. My companion tried a variety of their regular products (buns and baked goods) and said they were all good.
