It can be hard to find really good gluten-free treats, but Soulcake nailed it. My son loved their GF cupcakes, and they tasted just as fresh as the regular ones. We visited the location at Steen & Strøm. The Bohemian Raspberry was a highlight. A bit pricey, but absolutely worth it for the quality and craftsmanship.
