I tried a cake and some pastries on a couple of occasions. I must say they were excellent, really delicious. This does not apply to their customer service and transparency. Why have shelves full of gluten-free goods if you don't display the prices? Do you have something to hide? I asked about the prices, and I was rudely told that there weren't any and that I could ask at the checkout if I was interested in something specific. However, I was doing my monthly shopping, and I couldn't just stand there asking for each product. For me, it's a big no. They lost out; they lost a customer with a celiac voucher to spend entirely. Regardless, I would never have bought anything after their response and their lack of transparency regarding prices.

For those affected by celiac disease, but also by lactose intolerance - not my case - it is really a point of reference. Great quality and variety of packaged products, purchasable with the regional voucher, but especially fresh, both sweet and savory. Prices in line with gluten-free products.
