It's not a place that makes me say "oh my god, I want to go back". They have the entire menu available in a gluten-free version, and they also have lactose-free options. I had a pizza al pala (maybe a pinsa, but I’m not sure of the differences). The gluten pizzas were perfect, mine was really burnt on the edges. I was there for a birthday and they cut the cake on a table full of crumbs. They wiped it down, but very superficially.

Found by chance while walking in Pistoia, gluten-free pasta and bread (stone-ground flours with sourdough) are flavorful and of excellent quality. The staff is knowledgeable, available, and very kind. The quality-price ratio is definitely excellent and affordable. Pumpkin risotto cooked on request, eliminating butter and adding excellent Tuscan olive oil. The food selection is definitely varied. Pasta, rice, vegetables, delicious roasted potatoes, homemade pasta, meat, fish, and spectacular desserts. In two, ordering pumpkin risotto—a nice dish, burrata and caponata, roasted potatoes (generous portion), mixed salad, a glass of extra dry prosecco, a slice of flourless chocolate cake, water, and cover charge, we spent €47.

For those who cannot tolerate gluten, being able to eat EVERYTHING in complete relaxation, without fear of contamination, is a real treat! But even for those who don't have gluten issues, it's truly a wonderful discovery. I had a Caesar salad (€12) which was very rich with sous-vide chicken breast, an excellent Baccacecio (creamed cod on a bed of chickpea cream) €11, pappardelle with herb pesto and tuna (€13), and then a splendid pheasant breast with figs, chocolate, and potato cream (€18), and to finish, a tiramisu (€6). Cover charge €2, generous glass of very good red wine (not from a bag-in-box!) €5, water €2. I must say that for the first time I ate soft pheasant breast, not dry, with a new but fitting flavor. The service was present and very willing to explain everything on the menu. Of course, the prices are not from a typical trattoria, but what a pleasure to share such interesting dishes with gluten-free friends! I can only recommend it, wishing the owners a long and fruitful gluten-free business!

Welcoming location in the center of Pistoia, courteous staff, fantastic food... they also have fresh pasta made by them. Absolutely worth trying.

Very nice place, top service...the food is excellent and the plating is very well cared for. For me, being celiac, it was a feast; I finally got to eat tonnarelli cacio e pepe with crispy guanciale like it should be. My rating is the highest, and I highly recommend it to everyone...celiacs and non-celiacs alike.

I went with friends to this restaurant in Pistoia that has a gluten-free menu to accompany a celiac friend. I saw a lot of attention: hand sanitizer at the entrance, the staff was very kind, and they had nice masks. We had a great time: the duck tagliatelle was divine, the breast of duck was spectacular, and one of my friends said she had never eaten such a good sliced meat. We were all very satisfied, even those of us who are not celiac (including the price!). We will return soon.
