The venue belongs to the AIC circuit, but unfortunately, I have to say that based on the experience of other users, I believe I chose a bad night. My expectations were disappointed. We arrived at 8:40 PM, with the venue only half full. We ordered 4 supplì and 2 portions of fries, which were served to us at 10 PM, cold. Additionally, there was confusion with the order: we asked for more supplì, but one of them arrived with a hair in the batter. The pizza seems homemade, but the texture was very hard. There was a palpable atmosphere of tension among the staff, which may have contributed to the disorganization of the evening. I hope it was an isolated incident because the venue is nice and deserves a second chance.

Great attention to cross-contaminations, they have a separate Gluten Free kitchen, they offer a separate menu for celiacs, you can go there for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, it's really complete and the staff is very nice. Recommended!

From Livorno we arrived in Sora and for the first time we decided to try this place we had heard so much about — and our expectations were not only met but exceeded! From the very first moment we were struck by the hospitality and courtesy of the entire staff, with a special mention for Michela, who truly pampered us and made us feel at home. On Friday night we wanted to test their meat — truly excellent — accompanied by crispy and tasty fried dishes and a great wine from the area, all completely gluten-free! It’s rare to find such quality and attention for those, like us, with special needs. They won us over so much that we returned a second evening with our family to try the pizza as well: both the classic and the gluten-free were simply out of this world, fragrant, easy to digest, and rich in flavor. What truly makes a difference, in addition to the cuisine, is the warm and welcoming atmosphere and impeccable 5-star service. Kudos to the entire Granaio team: you are a guarantee of quality, passion, and authenticity. And thanks for the AIC guarantee on gluten-free. A well-kept, clean, and intimate place that I highly recommend. For my daughter's birthday, a 9-year-old girl along with a few of her school friends, we spent an afternoon in this venue, enjoying good taste. Fabulous pizza, delicious savory snacks, and exceptional cake. Particular attention for celiac cuisine, extreme kindness of the staff (Michela and Irina truly excellent), and it felt like being at home. I also thank them for welcoming a group of children who, especially in such beautiful locations, can sometimes create a bit of chaos and are not always viewed favorably. This also made everything truly enjoyable. Thank you!

We came here for lunch with my husband under the pretext of getting and tasting their gluten-free panettone (specifically the one with chocolate chips) and we were really very satisfied! I was able to eat a nice gluten-free platter accompanied by a white focaccia, a portion of lasagna, and I also got to taste a slice of the panettone we had reserved a few days earlier! The place is very charming and the staff is really kind and helpful!

Whenever I can, I choose to have lunch, dinner, or an aperitif here because I have finally found a place that combines taste and quality, with always friendly and attentive staff. Recently, they also joined the AIC circuit, offering both sweet and savory dishes prepared in a double kitchen, perfect for those who are celiac. In general, the environment is small but welcoming and private, ideal for those seeking tranquility. The pizza and homemade fried items are delicious, as are the fries. The place is clean and the staff is always available and present throughout the meal. However, not everything has been perfect: I had a negative experience with the cannelloni, which I found difficult to digest, and one waitress's behavior was not the friendliest, leaving an impression of different treatment for regular customers. The location, although not exceptional, is still adequate for the context. Overall, I recommend trying this restaurant, especially if you are a fan of gluten-free cuisine. Despite a few minor flaws, the overall experience is very positive and I will definitely return.

It has been months, precisely since they started offering the first gluten-free options, that whenever I can, I go for dinner/lunch/drinks at Granaio. Finally, a delightful place with quality food and very friendly staff! They have recently joined the AIC circuit, with a double kitchen that serves both savory and sweet delights. In fact, these photos show a small selection of the dishes I've had over time, all gluten-free and lactose-free! Highly recommended!!
