Typical gluten-free food, I would say excellent, finally after such a long time I managed to eat canederli!

Excellent traditional gluten-free dishes, definitely recommended! I will always return when passing through Vipiteno. Aic affiliated. The only negative note: we waited a long time.

I had lunch with my family because, being celiac, I could finally try typical dishes (honestly, almost impossible to find both in South Tyrol and in Austria, even though many claim to have GF dishes!). I had dumplings and strudel (homemade)... everything was delicious! The dishes for the other diners were also appreciated; the little girls were served their dishes accompanied by a lollipop (a nice gesture that was very appreciated!). Friendly and available staff, attentive service. I recommend it to all celiacs (and non-celiacs) to try it!

I want to clarify that I did not stay in the rooms, but I only came for dinner to try the pizza, especially the gluten-free one. Starting with the service, the guy gave us the table a bit lazily, the tablecloth was a bit wrinkled and had a small stain. Okay, we order three pizzas, one of which is gluten-free. They arrive after a short time (good job on that aspect), the regular pizzas are fine but the dough is quite good, while the gluten-free one is too thin and has little topping... In short, for a restaurant certified by AIC, I expected better... Three pizzas, only one bottle of water, no extra drinks or desserts, almost 40 euros, an outrageous price, I understand the central location of the place raises prices, but... I'm sure it can improve with some attention, but I wouldn't return.

We dined 3 times in this restaurant. The pizza is very good even in the gluten-free version. Practically the whole menu can be made gluten-free and the place is part of the AIC circuit. The restaurant is located in the city center. Friendly staff.

Great restaurant just a step from the center! My husband and I had dinner at this restaurant after searching for a place that offered gluten-free cuisine for me. We were extremely satisfied!!! The pizza was excellent; compared to other gluten-free pizzas, the difference was hardly noticeable. My husband opted for the regular cuisine and was very happy with the wienerschnitzel! The desserts (strudel and apple fritters), both offered gluten-free, were really delicious. The service was excellent and attentive. Highly recommended!!!!

We came here for dinner, attracted by the gluten-free cuisine affiliated with AIC. My companion tried gluten-free canederli for the first time and was very happy with them; my buckwheat canederli with sauerkraut salad were also very good. I don't give 5 stars only because of the long wait for dessert, over half an hour; unfortunately, we arrived during the time they were serving dinner to hotel guests. Nevertheless, it remains a restaurant that is definitely worth trying.

We went to Vipiteno specifically for the gluten-free offer on this restaurant's menu. The restaurant is part of the AIC network and therefore boasts expertise in managing celiac customers. After asking for a gluten-free dish with attention to contamination, a plate of spinach gnocchi arrived, within which I found a small different pasta. I asked the waiter for explanations, and he took the plate away, saying it contained gluten and was therefore contaminated. Health should not be joked about. The restaurant has two kitchens; honestly, I don't know how such a mistake could happen and be justified. They could not explain how it could have occurred; a piece of flying pasta seems improbable and, in any case, unacceptable. More likely, and more serious, would be the cooking of the two dishes in the same environment. In any case, I would have appreciated if someone from the kitchen or the manager had come to apologize and explain what happened. None of this happened, only the waiter, who also couldn't explain what happened, came to ask if I wanted to order something else. I am very sorry to leave this review, but a person on a gluten-free diet cannot go to a place that guarantees safety and then undergo such treatment. Clearly, the price of the dish was removed from the bill, and it’s the least they could do. In compensation, a bottle of water at 4 euros seems really excessive. Despite the great anxiety caused by the incident, I ate two pieces of goulash, also guaranteed gluten-free, of good quality, but eaten with the anxiety that they too might have been contaminated. Certainly a dinner to forget.
