What a beautiful discovery: Semina in Sulmona! 🌿 A really cozy little restaurant with mainly vegetarian dishes, but also some very interesting meat and fish options. As someone with celiac disease, I found a rare attention to gluten-free options: the menu I chose was completely gluten-free, and the handmade potato, Swiss chard, and provola ravioli... simply spectacular! 😍 You can tell that everything is prepared with care, quality ingredients, and a lot of passion. The managers are very kind, welcoming, and down-to-earth; they make you feel comfortable right away. A place where you eat well, feel good, and really want to come back. Highly recommended! 💚

The cuisine is truly genuine, perfectly embodying the concept of zero kilometer. Fresh and seasonal products, vegetables from our own cultivation. Exquisite food, and importantly, a gluten-free option, with dishes presented impeccably... a real delight for the palate! The chef is very talented and kind, just like the young people working at Semina agricultural kitchen.
