If you're looking for authentic artisan pasta in Pinerolo, this is the perfect place. Located in the heart of the historic center, it offers products of the highest quality: agnolotti, tortellini, and Piedmontese specialties prepared with care and excellent raw materials. Special mention also for their spoon desserts. Courtesy and tradition come together in a beautiful shop. I will definitely return!
