Gastronomia Veg was founded in 2000 in the heart of Borgo San Paolo in Turin, born from the idea and passion of Raffaella Goria. Chef and owner of the gastronomy, after many years of experience in the kitchens of Turin and surroundings, Raffaella decides to courageously pursue her dream: to open her 100% plant-based establishment. Since then, La Gastronomia Veg has changed many forms, experimenting with the world of all-round cooking with the aim of bringing to the table a love for food that is good and right for everyone.
