Just a stone's throw from the Mole Antonelliana, in one of the most charming locations in the center of Turin, Vibes is the restaurant and cocktail bar where Piedmontese tradition meets culinary research. An elegant and welcoming environment, perfect for a special dinner, an aperitif, or a moment of pure relaxation with a view of one of the city's symbols. Vibes is part of the AIC's Out-of-Home Dining circuit, ensuring maximum safety for those with celiac disease, thanks to controlled processing procedures and specific training for staff regarding gluten contamination. The gluten-free menu follows the same philosophy as the entire culinary proposal of the venue: carefully selected raw materials, often at zero kilometers, and recipes that combine Piedmontese tradition with a touch of innovation. From the specially prepared gluten-free pasta to the Fassona tartare, to the house filet, each dish is designed to offer a complete tasting experience without compromising on safety. A must-visit address for those looking for a place in Turin where quality, taste, and attention to celiac disease go hand in hand.

positive experience, traditional food and vegetarian options!

We had lunch on a Saturday with family. A curated but simple menu, highly appreciated pesto pasta, carbonara, pumpkin risotto. The platters were good, one vegetarian and one with mixed cold cuts. The person who served us was very knowledgeable about gluten-free options. They have everything local, even the craft beer.

We ate there one evening with our celiac daughter, and they brought her a plate of pasta with sautéed vegetables and soy sauce with gluten... she ate a few pieces because when I tasted it I asked for clarifications, but the girl got sick. The owner's response was unacceptable as he justified himself by saying they had changed the brand of soy sauce and didn’t read that it contained wheat... never again, obviously!!!

Small place, next to the Mole Antonelliana. At least one proposal for every need: gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan/lactose-free. I tasted the cold cuts platter (divided into 3 to start) and the Piedmontese tasting platter, and they were very good, with generous portions. The dessert was an excellent conclusion to the lunch.
