They literally have a wall dividing the space into two: gluten and gluten-free. They are very attentive to contamination, well-informed and kind. It is possible to buy raw pasta to cook at home or to eat on-site. Excellent quality!

The most incredible gluten free pasta I’ve ever had, I would happily eat this everyday. 100% recommend to everyone. My sister had the tagliatelle which was also fantastic. Service is excellent 😊
