It is not a certified restaurant, but the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They have gluten-free draft beer and almost the entire menu is available in a gluten-free version (including the fried items, because they have a separate fryer).

Discovered by pure chance, very nice place with friendly staff, they offer some gluten-free appetizers but I recommend focusing on the burgers (amazing) accompanied by fries made with a dedicated fryer, which they make sure to tell you and for me highlights their attention to those who are celiac. They only had one gluten-free draft beer, it may vary and not always be available so I suggest calling ahead to ask. Very satisfied with this little discovery.

I fell in love with this beautiful place in the city center! It is just a stone's throw from the Mole Antonelliana and offers truly exceptional beers and dishes. The selection is very, very wide; you can choose from an infinite number of beers and unique, delicious dishes. I recommend it to both beer lovers and those like me who don't drink. The food is excellent; I personally tried one of the vegan options and was very satisfied! There are dishes for everyone: children, omnivores, vegetarians, vegans, and even those with celiac disease! Moreover, the prices are super fair, and the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. The staff is truly a treasure, very kind and super willing to advise you well. The place is also really nice, with tables both inside and outside, and the atmosphere is very calm and welcoming. I really enjoyed my time there, I will definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend it.
