Wow! The paradise of gluten-free, completely all gluten-free! The pizza is hands down the best gluten-free I've ever eaten in all of Turin! All the other guests who are not celiac loved this pizza too, saying it was one of the best they have ever eaten as well! The lactose-free mozzarella is good and stretchy, and I'm really happy to have found this place!

Those who take care of orders at the tables must provide safe and reliable information, which unfortunately was lacking. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten! I took my boyfriend (celiac) there in search of a good pizza, as until now we haven't found any that resembled gluten pizza even a bit. Once we arrived, we ordered, and the pizzas arrived very quickly, and looking at them, we couldn't believe that they were gluten-free! Even though I am not celiac, I still consider it one of the best pizzas I've had! I absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a good gluten-free pizza.

The place is really nice. The staff is kind and friendly. The food is very good, with a wide selection of pizzas, delicious zeppole, and good desserts. For those looking for gluten-free options due to wheat intolerance, I warn you (as they do) that they use a flour with deglutenized wheat which is more digestible but still wheat, so be aware to adjust based on your level. I, who have this type of intolerance and a strong desire to eat Neapolitan food, tried it and didn't have any issues, but it is subjective.

I am not celiac and I went to this place with celiac friends. I must say that I was a bit disappointed. I found the focaccia on the board a bit rubbery and the pizza a bit overcooked. However, the tiramisu was very good. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Prices are average. I don't know if I would go back.

We were at this pizzeria last night and overall the experience was positive: pleasant venue and really interesting gluten-free options, with good and well-stuffed pizzas. However, it was rather cold in the dining room, which made the dinner less pleasant than it could have been. The prices are also quite high: for 4 pizzas, two waters, a Coca-Cola, a medium beer, 3 desserts, and a coffee, we spent a total of €94, which seemed a bit excessive for what we ordered.

I am attaching many photos to highlight the variety of toppings possible in this completely GLUTEN-FREE pizzeria. The staff was very kind; we were a table of 8 people, so the wait for the dishes was absolutely understandable. First of all, we ordered a couple of appetizers, which were delicious. These very good pizzas arrived; the dough is particularly crunchy and so it might not be to everyone's taste, as it strays from the classic soft pizza. The toppings were plentiful, making it difficult to finish one pizza! That said, no one could stop me from trying their tiramisu, which is also gluten-free, but the variety of desserts was quite impressive as well. The location may seem inconvenient for those mainly roaming the city center, but Piazza Galimberti is quite lively, and the difficulty of parking shouldn't be underestimated. The prices are what you would expect from a sought-after pizzeria like this one. We will return because a completely gluten-free pizzeria is still a rare find. Thank you!

Such a shame.... I had high hopes, maybe too many expectations. When I could eat gluten, I really liked the pizzas from Cammafá. This gluten-free one was a complete failure. First disappointment: the beautiful 'Neapolitan crust' seen in the photos is not like that. They must have photographed classic pizzas. The gluten-free dough did not satisfy me at all; I’ve had better. I ordered the pizza with meatballs and tomato sauce, and it was really too much! And also not excellent on the palate. Last sore point: the knives!!! Normally, pizzerias provide knives that cut. In this case, the sharpness or serration of the blade were non-existent, combined with the gluten-free dough making cutting a task.

The best gluten-free pizza ever! The dough is light, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with the freshest ingredients! I have celiac disease and I can say for sure that this is one of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever eaten, but the surprising thing is that my non-celiac friends loved it too! A place I really recommend to everyone, celiacs and non-celiacs: here the quality is felt and seen. Kind welcome, attentive service, and pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely return! You have to try it! 😉

I visited this gluten-free restaurant/pizzeria and I was truly enthusiastic about it! The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is very kind and attentive to dietary needs. I greatly appreciated the care and expertise with which gluten-free food is handled: finally a place where I can eat in complete serenity! The pizza was delicious, with a light and well-cooked dough – one of the best gluten-free pizzas I have ever eaten. The other dishes on the menu were also excellent, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A restaurant for everyone, in the sense that you can bring gluten-tolerant persons without fear of disappointing them! The house platter is a true delight, with a light and digestible fried selection. If you’re not big eaters, I recommend sharing it to leave room for other dishes! In my case, having no more room for pizza, I tried the pasta with potatoes and provola, which was really excellent. A special mention for the desserts, aside from classics like the zeppola (executed excellently), there are spoon desserts that are as good as they are beautiful, which is a lot. In the photo, the "Pirouette," with the sweetness of white chocolate well balanced by a creamy raspberry heart, speaks for itself. Completing everything is excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere.

Ingredients of the highest quality, incredible flavors, and unconventional tastes to try. The venue is brand new, elegant, well-maintained, and peaceful. Not your usual pizzeria. Regarding costs, they are definitely above average, understandable considering they only produce gluten-free, but for those who unfortunately can't risk even contamination, it’s an oasis. You must try the desserts. To book, it's necessary to CALL or write to their WhatsApp; don't mistake calling the Cammafà next door, as they are other managers with plenty of gluten. Highly recommended pizza, a must-try at least once!
