Everything was excellent! Having shared two dishes with another person, I was able to try both the sandwich and one of the dishes. Both were really good. The bread is exquisite. The dessert was also gluten-free. Kind and attentive staff... Truly recommended!

A pleasant discovery in San Salvario! I am celiac and I enjoyed my sandwich; I am not a particularly informed local regarding AIC but they know very well how to handle contamination. I went for lunch at a quiet time and witnessed the making of my sandwich live; they used new utensils, and the work surface was clean... excellent quality ingredients! I had never tried pulled pork and it was a very pleasant surprise! The guys are super nice and passionate, and you can feel all their passion from their words! I can't wait to go back!

I had dinner with my friends, and it was lovely. The pulled pork and special IPA were a real treat. My girlfriend had a sandwich with a gluten-free bun and vegan mayonnaise, and she was amazed! They even packed up the leftovers for us to take home. I'll definitely be coming back.

We went for lunch and were very satisfied. Careful pairings, excellent ingredients, and an out-of-this-world cheesecake. There are vegan and gluten-free alternatives available. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Ideal atmosphere for both a dinner for two and for a group of friends. Excellent value for money, we will return!
