GF sandwich available with no cross-contamination because it is a packaged cheeseburger from Schaer. For everything else, non-contamination is not guaranteed.

The staff had no idea what gluten or gluten-free meant, they didn’t know what was or wasn’t suitable for celiacs, as the menu lacked any indication of contamination. The sandwich was still inside the plastic bag with ‘cheese’ scattered all over inside the bag. Horrible experience that I would not repeat. Adequate safety only for the one thing certified gluten-free.

I go there quite often, gluten-free sandwich yes warmed in the appropriate packaging but it always arrives still half frozen. The fries that are theoretically gluten-free at all McDonald's always arrive cold and seem to be from the day before. Staff is quite unmotivated.

gluten-free sandwich available, they heat it inside its packaging so it’s safe from contamination. The potatoes aren't certified, but using the fryer only for those makes it hard for them to be contaminated. It's a pity there's not a complete gluten-free menu like abroad.

I placed the order in the app and they forgot to give me the nuggets. When we opened the sandwiches (two complete and two just with chicken and cheese) we noticed they were all complete. We had to redo the entire trip to get them changed and they didn't even apologize or offer a complimentary item, as has happened in other McDonald's. Conclusion: I won’t come here again. P.S. The cheddar wasn't even warmed up.
