Prepared staff and a rich offering of gluten-free dishes. Pizza, I had a mix of dread and resignation reading the other reviews, but in the end, it turned out to be much better than expected. The dough is perhaps more similar to a focaccia than a pizza, but absolutely not the classic cookie-like ready-made base from the supermarket.
