Very nice and romantic atmosphere, but I encountered some problems with the service and the menu; My partner and I ordered a mixed fry thinking there would be the individual fried items listed above since the menu does not specify what the mixed fry includes, instead we received a plate with mostly cheese-based fried items, which are not present on the menu. The person I was dining with is lactose intolerant and couldn't eat almost anything. When the fried items arrived, we weren't brought plates to eat them, which is very unusual. The sandwiches were excellent, but in the "pulled pork" sandwich, it is not specified that there is another sauce in addition to the BBQ.

Very nice environment, the food was average, but the service was really terrible! It took them 2 hours to bring us the pizzas, 2 hours! First, the waitress told us our pizzas were in the oven, then another waiter said he would go check, and then came back saying that our order hadn’t been communicated. A table of 13 people with nothing to eat for 2 hours and no one had communicated the order. It seems absurd! Also because the girl with celiac disease got her pizza just fine. Not to mention the pizzas they brought us. One of us ordered one without mozzarella, and that resulted in an extra half hour of waiting for her. The others were similar and 'crafted'; we asked for a simple Margherita and they brought it with oregano. Truly speechless! Really terrible service!! If you can’t manage so many people, take fewer reservations or better yet change jobs. There are many fields to work in around Fermano. Think about it!
