Since they opened, I can finally eat sushi too. They are super careful about cross-contamination, and they even provide gluten-free soy sauce.

Modern and well-kept locale; friendly and helpful staff. Good quality sushi; attentive to gluten-free options: you can place your order from your device by indicating any intolerances. A great surprise was the gluten-free soy sauce available upon request from the waiter.
