Traditional brewery, they have gluten-free beer in bottles not produced by them. Good cuisine, both traditional and somewhat touristy, with refined options in some cases. Gluten-free pappardelle with deer ragù are amazing. They also serve sandwiches with special flours and gluten-free seeds that would alone merit the dinner. The shank served without gravy is very good. Overall, a great gluten-free dining experience.
