I tried the gluten-free pizza from Eater and it was a true revelation! One of the best I’ve ever tasted: authentic flavor, perfect texture… a pizza that is poetry! If I didn’t know, I would never say it’s gluten-free. Finally, a pizza that gives the authentic pleasure of a well-made dough, without compromises. For those who are celiac and dream of a real pizza, this is absolutely a must-try! Congratulations to the staff for their attention and quality. I will definitely return!
