After visiting several ice cream parlors in Via Mare at Porto D'Ascoli and receiving a no as a response for a gluten-free ice cream, we happened to park in Via Laureati and made one last desperate attempt... the ice cream is exquisite, they also have cones (which is not taken for granted) and the attention and courtesy are top-notch.... just think that to prepare a takeout container of one kilo with 6 flavors, the shop assistant washed her hands 2 times and used ten clean scoops, always with the care of digging in the central part (despite the busy location on an August evening)... from now on we will only get our ice cream from them.
