The place is very characteristic and is located in the center of Ascoli Piceno. The pizza has a very light and digestible dough. It is not a pizza with a crust but rather thin and still good. We ordered a gluten-free focaccia with zucchini and salmon and a typical Ascolana pizza with regular dough. Everything was delicious. Fast service. The gluten-free dough is made by the restaurant itself, which allows avoiding industrial food. The only downside for me, being a health-conscious person, is the gluten-free pizza cooked in a disposable aluminum tray (useful indeed to avoid contamination) which we know is not a panacea when subjected to heat... It releases particles... Anyway, the pizza was digested very well and we didn't drink all night as usually happens. Friendly staff.

Also equipped for gluten-free 🤩 top prices and flavors. The place and staff are definitely welcoming enough to make you feel at home. Their attention shows up as an added value and a reassurance, especially for those like me and my partner, who have intolerances (lactose and gluten). They even took care to use a disposable tray. Besides the exquisite pizzas, they also have delicious gluten-free Ascoli olives and beer for celiacs. We will definitely be back!
