The lunch buffet offered is gluten-free: cold cuts, cheeses, vegetables, and also a dessert. Grissini and packaged bread from a bakery in Tirano (very good!) are brought directly to the table. Attentive and knowledgeable staff.

My husband and I, on vacation in these areas, took advantage of a daily SPA gift voucher and chose this cozy establishment. The experience was fascinating, both for the opportunity to see ancient Roman baths, and for the beauty of the landscapes and the variety of pools, whirlpools, sensory experiences, relaxation rooms, saunas, bio-saunas, and steam baths offered. Impeccable cleanliness everywhere and the chance to enjoy moments of peace even when the influx is significant. The changing rooms and the toilet/shower area are separated, but once you understand how to move around, I think this doesn't create any problems; moreover, in addition to the bathrobe, sauna towel, and slippers, excellent cleaning products and moisturizing creams for face/body are provided, so you really only need to bring your swimsuit. I didn't give five stars because I noticed some lapses in style that I find inexplicable in an establishment of this level: 1) the sauna towels provided are absolutely insufficient in size: since, rightly, in the saunas ALL the body must be on a towel for obvious hygiene reasons, the only way to achieve this is to sit rigidly or curled up in a fetal position, for only a pygmy could lie down on a towel one meter and forty long. 2) the included aperitif, offered in the late afternoon, is varied and delightful, but I don't understand why no small plates (perhaps compostable paper ones) are made available at the buffet table, forcing people to queue multiple times to serve themselves with tiny napkins on which to awkwardly stack snacks; it almost seems like a tacit warning not to overindulge, but it's unpleasant, as well as uncomfortable. Also, the initial notice to every customer of having two drinks per head available (later contradicted by the same bartender who served numerous customers much more than twice) was not pleasant. 3) still speaking about the aperitif, I noticed that no gluten-free options are offered, as the selection includes pizza bites, breadsticks, sandwiches, flatbreads, and various types of breaded vegetables. It's not our problem, but that a wellness center, theoretically oriented towards the health of its guests, does not pay attention to such a serious issue that notoriously afflicts a significant percentage of people, seemed out of tune to me. I would like to clarify that I am reporting my observations not with polemical intent, but with a constructive spirit, hoping that someone from management reflects on it for potential improvement. Nevertheless, I repeat that I had a very pleasant experience in this unique establishment.
