It was a pleasant discovery; in addition to the fact that the restaurant is equipped for gluten-free options (for example, I was provided with a whole pack of their own corn cakes as a side), all allergens are indicated on the menu. The waiter was very kind and attentive, even suggesting the possibility of eating the pizzoccheri with gluten-free dough.
