Great little find that satisfies all tastes. This place is open year-round with a selection of artisanal gluten-free and lactose-free products, all vacuum-sealed with their ingredients clearly displayed. I took a few items to go, like a cream-filled bombolone, pistachio pastry, and the typical Tuscan dessert, rice pudding, along with a sandwich and a slice of Tuscan flatbread (schiacciata). They are well-stocked with breakfast sweets, filled savory breads, cakes, and pastry items. I recommend ordering anything you haven’t had in a while a few days in advance.
