The Ristorante Scolapasta is located in Castiglioncello in the Portovecchio area, just a few meters from the sea, precisely on the old Aurelia road. Castiglioncello is a small district of Rosignano Marittimo, which enjoys a unique position from both a panoramic and landscape perspective: surrounded by significant centuries-old pine forests and directly overlooking the sea with spectacular cliffs. Castiglioncello is also an important holiday center, especially thanks to famous actors (like Mastroianni or Sordi) who chose it for their summer vacations during the Sixties. Today, Castiglioncello is a destination and meeting place for those who want to combine relaxation, culture, and fun. The Ristorante Scolapasta is very welcoming and uniquely furnished with paintings by local artist Armando Tanzini. Customers have access to two dining rooms with an adjacent veranda, which is air-conditioned in the summer. During the warm season, there is a very welcoming garden where delicious food can be enjoyed by candlelight.

In questo ristorante il menù viene scritto su una lavagna, perché cambia spesso a secondo delle materie prime. Naturalmente la lavagna viene porta al tavolo in modo che tutti possano vedere bene. Menù di pesce fresco cucinato molto bene. I crudi buoni presentati in modo originale ... molto soddisfatta della qualità e della varietà delle portate senza glutine che mi hanno proposto.
