We discovered this small laboratory dedicated exclusively to the production of sweets, bread, pizzettes, etc., all gluten-free and lactose-free for celiacs in the center of Livorno. We had gone to the Gonnelli pastry shop where they also offer gluten-free products, but at 7:30 am, just disembarked in Livorno, unfortunately, they had nothing because the supplier was late. This laboratory is located right behind the Gonnelli pastry shop. A real delight. The owner is very kind and friendly. We tasted the chocolate plum-cake, pizzettes, and bread. Everything was delicious. Congratulations, and spread the word because it deserves 5 stars. Well done, congratulations for the courage and especially for the products.

Simply fabulous pastry shop. I particularly recommend the cakes, like the apple one. Everything, though, feels homemade and is simply delicious. The bakery items are also interesting, always more than good even if the products are frozen and reheated after days. I suggest to the owners to add the production of some type of gluten-free whole grain bread.

My daughter, who is celiac, always stopped here for her afternoon snack whenever we went to the city. My husband and I often buy their products, always for my daughter, for any occasion. The staff is very friendly, prices are fair, and the products are of high quality. This afternoon, my daughter and I went to the city, and with great sadness, we learned that the store has been closed for a few weeks and will not reopen. We are very upset, especially because there are not many gluten-free stores in Livorno with such good products. We hope they reopen soon🤞🤞🤞

More than Gluten Free, I would hope for a pest-free dish, considering it is a grocery store and it died right in the display window. I hope the owner will carry out a thorough pest control soon, given the size of the animal.

A whole shop with GF excellent fresh products!! Amazing 🤩 Kind staff, we always stop by here when driving through or close to Livorno. It’s a must!
