If requested (even on the spot), they can make a gluten-free variant of the first courses on the menu (e.g. cavatelli with ragù > gluten-free penne with ragù). Alternatively, the big salad is gluten-free and often some main courses as well (the menu changes every week). The staff is informed and checks in the kitchen what is gluten-free each time. It is important to always ask and specify that you are celiac.
