Recently opened, part of the restaurant is dedicated to gluten-free and lactose-free food. I tried their pizza slices, fresh bread, and pastries. Finally, even in Calolziocorte, they have started to think about us celiacs! 🔝

I tried this bakery now that it is split in half between a gluten-free oven and a traditional oven. The gluten-free brioche are exceptional (the best I've ever tasted so far) and the girl who serves is very nice. Inside the traditional part, there are a couple of small tables to stop and have breakfast, and they are very careful about cross-contamination for drinks, which are served in paper cups and made with the machine. I would say it feels much more like a bakery than a café, but the products are really good.
