Millo Ristorante offers an excellent dining experience with delicious dishes and gluten-free options, including bread and various pasta shapes. The upper room provides a nice partial view of the sea, while the service is friendly, although the wait times can be a bit long. Good value for money.

We had dinner in the upper room with a partial sea view, facing the direction of Rena Bianca, partially obscured by buildings. It was nice to catch glimpses of the sunset colors around 8 PM. We enjoyed the selected dishes on the menu, including gluten-free options, though the service times were quite long between courses. For appetizers, I recommend the ombrina tartare in a puff pastry cannoli with a side of zucchini spaghetti; the fish was incredibly fresh and well-plated. The poached egg with pumpkin cream, truffle, and porcini was good but almost cold. The tuna nuggets were tasty. For the first course, the spaghetti with garlic, oil, chili, and shrimp carpaccio was very good, as was the lorighittas with clams and bottarga, though they were not well mixed, and the clams were small and nearly tasteless. The gluten-free spaghetti with mussels and pecorino had a good flavor. For the second course, there was a good fillet of piglet with lukewarm vegetables. For dessert, we had seadas and white myrtle. The staff was friendly. Good quality-to-price ratio but prices were slightly elevated.
