Pura Hütte is the first stand at the Christmas markets in Bolzano to offer everything gluten-free! I tried the pretzel sandwich with the sausage (very good, excellent bread), but they have many dishes from South Tyrolean cuisine (sandwich with leberkäse, sauerkraut, potato salad, etc.). Prices are in line with the rest of the markets/Bolzano in general: the sausage sandwich costs 9€. It's a pity they don't have sweets; let's hope for next year ;)
