From the moment we walked into Miller & Carter at the Mailbox, the service was absolutely fantastic. The staff were welcoming, friendly and professional throughout our visit. My partner requires a gluten-free menu as she's a refractory coeliac, so eating out can often be quite stressful due to the fear of cross contamination. However, from the moment we arrived, the team put us completely at ease. They carefully explained the allergens, provided the allergen iPad so we could check every dish, and were knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. It was also fantastic to see that Miller & Carter is accredited by Coeliac UK, which gave us even more confidence that my partner would be safe dining there. The food was amazing. We had the Butcher's Block, which was well worth the money, and all the sides were excellent. Everything was cooked perfectly, and even dessert was outstanding. The atmosphere was relaxed, the restaurant was spotless, and we never felt rushed. We also really appreciated that the staff didn't keep coming over every few minutes to ask how everything was. They got the balance exactly right attentive when we needed them but allowing us to enjoy our meal and each other's company. Overall, it was a perfect dining experience in a lovely setting with exceptional staff. We couldn't have asked for more and can't wait to visit again. Highly recommended!

Our first visit since Miller & Carter received their Coeliac UK accreditation, and it didn’t disappoint! It’s a fantastic addition for any family needing safe, gluten-free dining. The atmosphere was good, and we received a very warm welcome at the door. A special shout-out to our server, Emily, who was incredibly attentive. She took amazing care of my daughter (who has Coeliac Disease) and made sure our whole group was well looked after. The food was great across the board. Highly recommend for the peace of mind and the quality of the meal!
