We came here on bank holiday Monday 4th May. It was my Dad's 88 Birthday and my Son and his fiancé had also just got engaged, so we was there for a family celebration. However the restaurant didn't know about this, as i had booked online and therefore were made aware only after we got there and mentioned it in passing, whilst ordering. Our waitress was excellent, we had three gluten free orders and it was all managed really well. Then at the end of the meal, they brought out a birthday cake for my Dad as a surprise and then a bottle of wine for my Son and his fiancé, completely complimentary. Evidently the manager of the store had heard about what we were celebrating, due to the attentiveness of our waitress and made the generous gestures. We were all quite overwhelmed with the restaurants generosity, their kindness and overall friendliness. We have dined here as a family for the past 30 years on different occasions, however this particular time really stands out and it felt like we were really cared for. Thankyou Pizza Express - Sevenoaks. We shall be back ! Hali Long
