It is the best traditional trattoria in Bormio. For a reasonable price, you can taste the typical dishes of the place in a fitting setting, the Vecchia Combo, indeed. Exquisite staff like the food. All of it. There’s the option to request pizzoccheri for those with gluten intolerance as well. The pasta for the pizzoccheri is made practically on the spot, sciatt and tarozz are unbeatable, manfrigoli are a must-try. ... A year later, I can only confirm what I wrote. High attention is also given to current rules (Green Pass and plexiglass dividers between nearby tables).
