Fantastic gluten free fish, chips mushy peas and curry sauce. Crispy batter with fish cooked perfectly. Placed an order on line and didn’t have to wait long to pick up.

I thought i took a picture of this but i cant find it, the best chippy ive ever been to. I searched into google reviews best chippy in stoke and this had the highest rating so i travelled a bit out of the area to check it out and it was well worth it! Lots of reviews about a scary asian lady so i was scared to go but she was the nicest woman ever!! So it was probably losers who wrote it. The fish was beautiful, the chips were perfect. The portions are great. We even tried their deluxe fudge cake which was super indulgent. I cannot wait to be back!!

We stopped at Milton Chippy in Stoke-on-Trent after a long day at Alton Towers, as it was one of the only chip shops open after 4 pm on a Sunday — and they didn’t disappoint! We ordered large chips, two cods (as they didn’t have haddock), a large battered sausage, and a portion of chicken nuggets. Everything was freshly cooked — the chips were perfectly fluffy inside with a crispy golden outside, and the fish was fresh with beautifully light, crunchy batter. The portions were generous, and the price was great too — only £26 for everything. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, even greeting a few regulars by name, which gave the place a nice local feel. We’ll definitely be coming back here for dinner after Alton Towers next time!

Highly recommended. My daughter is coeliac and oh how she has missed a chippy. Well nothing was too much trouble at Milton chippy. From the very friendly and knowledgeable welcome to the amazing food which was generous as a portion and at a good price. All our food was delicious. Thank you for making the difference. Can’t wait to come back.

Lovely service and fab food. Was very happy for find somewhere that does vegan food on the way home from our holiday, just wished you weren't so far away 🤣
