We had a fantastic meal at Pho on Lothian Road in Edinburgh. We really appreciated being able to walk in without a reservation, even though the restaurant was busy. That said, I would definitely recommend booking ahead during peak dining times to avoid a wait. As someone who eats gluten free, I was impressed by how accommodating the menu is. There were plenty of choices, and it was easy to order with confidence. The food was incredibly fresh, packed with amazing flavour, and beautifully prepared. Every dish tasted vibrant and authentic. The service was friendly, attentive, and efficient despite how busy the restaurant was. The prices were also very reasonable for the quality and generous portions. If you're visiting Edinburgh and looking for outstanding Vietnamese food with excellent gluten free options, Pho is an easy recommendation. We were visiting from Canada, so we won't have the chance to return anytime soon, but we'd encourage anyone in Edinburgh to give it a try. It's absolutely amazing!

Never had a bad visit to Pho. Been to the Edinburgh, Glasgow, London and Bournemouth restaurants and always fit in a Pho lunch/dinner! As a coeliac it’s great knowing I can eat most of the menu and always feel safe and reassured I won’t fee ill later. Today was a lovely lunch in Lothian Road, served by Dani. Food and service perfect as always. Dani was friendly and knowledgeable with the menu and made sure we got the most out of the meal. See you next time 😊

This place was ABSOLUTELY incredible! The atmoshpere is incredibly vibey, brining the Vietnamese culture to Edinburgh. The lighting is rather dark and it’s rather quiet. Perfect place for a date or an on outing with family🥰 They had allergens very clearly stated on the menu and 98% of their menu is GLUTEN FREE! Absolutely incredible 😍 the waiters are really attentive! I highly recommend the prawn summer rolls and chicken classic pho soup as well as the beef brisket pho and steak pho. It was delicious. The pho is soooo amazing especially after a long day of sightseeing or working. A cozy meal like this can make your day❤️ a special shoutout to the peanut sauce!😂😝 the best. 10/10 this is my go-to place in Edi.

We were served by Chiara. She was friendly, chatty and the service was excellent nothing was an issue. One of us is celiac she was knowledgeable and double checked what was gluten free and even made the kitchen aware. The Pho is amazing the best we have tasted and the drinks are delicious. We would definitely return.

Visited on a Thursday afternoon. Staff were quick to attend to me, and as I was alone, checked in on me regularly. When I told the young server where I'd travelled from she was surprised and welcomed me warmly to Scotland. Food came out quickly, and was delicious. I was given the option of using cutlery but I tried the chopsticks for the authenticity! I will come back to Pho when I return to Edinburgh, although I do have one local to me. The people who work here are a credit to the chain and to the hospitality industry. Good value for money and plenty of options for me, as I am coeliac. I was informed that Pho is coeliac accredited which was hugely reassuring! There's also a large vegetarian and vegan selection for those who don't eat meat. I appreciated this also and had a delightful meal.

Isa was great with helping us decide on food due to dietary restriction. It was our first time trying vietnamese & completely celiac friendly. Whole menu is gluten-free except for 3 items.
