They have the option to make any hamburger on the menu with gluten-free bread and removing any ingredients that contain gluten. They also have beers that claim to be gluten-free, unfortunately, they are all >20ppm as opposed to the 5 in Italy.

I had an amazing experience here! I have celiac disease and they were very accommodating with GF buns and other options. The burger was delicious and very messy (wouldn't recommend wearing something white / nice as you might get it dirty 🤣). Overall a great space and great food!

Since I need to eat gluten free this place is heaven. So many different choices. I had the GF burger and fries. Spoke with our server who confirmed GF items are prepared in a separate area and there is a dedicated GF frier.

Amazing Burguer. I got the gluten free bun and it was unreal. Jasmine treats us really really good:)

We traveled to come try it because they had gluten free options. We were sadly disappointed with how poor the service was and how mid the burgers were for how expensive it was. We got two burgers, two fries and two beers and it was £70+. After we got our food, no one came to refill our drinks, take out plates, or bring us our bill. We had to use the app to pay and we were shocked that the burgers didn't include fries... Especially how small their portions were. Would never recommend this place, much better places to try in Edinburgh

Super nice place, well located in the center! Almost the entire menu is valid in gluten free, the staff is adorable, super kind and very attentive to our needs for gluten free. They have a kitchen area dedicated to gluten free, different fryer so 100% safe! I recommend!!

Fantastic little place but massively overpriced for what you get. Was so happy to find most of the items could be made gluten free and our servers were well clued up on allergens and were happy to talk with the kitchen to make sure everything was gluten safe. My gluten meals were grilled halloumi (because the fried were gf) and the independent burger (without the bun, but they do have gf buns available) and a few sides of gf fries The burger was delicious. The chargrilled tasted was perfect and it was perfectly done. I wish I'd bought two!! The halloumi was ok but with it being grilled not fried it would've been nicer if it'd been thicker cuts, but halloumi is always nice My son got the hot burger and my partner's the man meets burger and they give it a 10/10, as well as the hot wings. The only mark down comes because it was £130+ for three of us, and yet the chips (which were nearly £6!) aren't included in the meal. I'm not forgiving of that, unfortunately. When you buy a burger, the fries have to come with it. It's like marriage. Can't have one without the other and paying separately wasn't great. The atmosphere is really nice, with comfortable seats and spacious seats, and the decor is so fitting for Edinburgh, with great outdoor seating. Great for drinks in the sun!

Good selection of burgers with Gluten-free option's. Had the bacon burger and my family had a salad & chicken sandwich. We had a nice waiter, but service was slow, and he never came back to check on us, I had to ask another server for refills and the check. Service needs improvement.
